| A: | Your Summit registration fee includes all training and symposium sessions, the lunch and dinner on Wednesday, the product launch party on Wednesday, and breakfast and lunch on Thursday. You are responsible for your transportation and hotel accommodations. We encourage you to book a room at the InterContinental hotel, where we’ve secured a group rate of $209 per night. |
| Q: | When can I pick up my name badge and symposium materials? |

| A: | Please pick up your symposium materials between 12 and 1 PM on Wednesday, May 2. We’ll have a team of smiling bswifters ready to greet you in the lobby of the Gleacher Center. If you’re only able to join us for the industry symposium on Thursday, May 3, please pick up your materials between 7 and 8:30 AM that morning. |
